Very friendly and approachable driver/guide. Our tour is self guided hence can’t comment much. I think will be good if the driver/guide can do more of an initial site explanation before we enter the site ourselves.

Joey was the greatest recommendation by Hugh! He was easy to communicate with. There was not a dull moment throughout the tours! Joey was also extremely patient with us, as we took our own sweet time on each attraction that he brought us to, he was also very adaptive to last minute changes or requests!
10/10, will recommend Hugh and Joey to friends and families!

How was your guide?
Joey was exceptional! He always goes the extra mile and is very customer oriented. Little things like dropping off at entrance and he parking the car in a very deep and secluded place, and he will race back to find us, insane!

It was super good as we visited the places that even tourists won’t be able to find as the usual spots are always so packed with crowds. Almost impossible to take any nice photos. But thanks to Joey, we took so many specular shots!!!
How can we improve in the future?
If the tour guide can bring a professional camera, it would be beyond good hahaha

Great experience from Chongqing to Wulong Karst with Joey. Safe and smooth driving—we were so comfortable we even slept during the ride. Thoughtful service with water, umbrellas, disposable raincoats, and convenient prebooked tickets. 10/10!

We really enjoyed our tour day with Joey visiting 2 caves and a photoshoot. Joey is an excellent driver, very skillful and careful, ensuring us a comfortable and smooth ride. Joey is also extremely patient, considerate and attentive. He goes slowly during small turns so we don’t get swung to the sides and when we sneezed just once, he instantly turned off the AC. He was great at explaining all the sights along the way and gave us good tips throughout the door and even good food recommendations. He was also extremely accommodating with our picture requests during the photoshoot. We were all extremely happy with Joey’s customer service. Excellent tour guide, would strongly recommend him to all our friends!!!

Yannie and team behind the scenes were so great – suggesting last minute adjustments to the timing to maximize the photo shoot results.
