1. How to Pay

Paying for your tour is easy.
All deposits are paid via Alipay — simply scan the QR code we send you after your booking is confirmed.

For the remaining balance, you can choose from the following options:

  • Alipay
  • Cash (We accept foreign bank notes)
  • WeChat (For balance account only)

2. For Our Tours

Payment:

  • A 100 RMB deposit per tour per group is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance is paid at the end of the tour via Alipay.
  • Any extra services such as car rental, cruise booking, or ticket booking need full prepayment.

Refunds:

  • Cancel ≥ 7 days before: full refund of deposit.
  • Cancel < 7 days: deposit is non-refundable.
  • Weather/uncontrollable events: full refund or free reschedule.

3. For Tickets & Partner Services

Payment:

  • Full payment is required when booking tickets or partner services (e.g., local attractions, shows, or cruises).

Refunds:

  • Refunds depend on our local partners’ policies.
  • We’ll always inform you of the exact refund terms before confirming your booking.
  • If services are canceled due to weather or partner issues, we’ll help you get a full or partial refund based on their policy.
