Photographers are very experienced and from our team, we will create a service group chat in advance for easier communication. And you will have English-speaking online customer service. 

Booking Process:

  • Step 1: Fill out the booking form
  • Step 2: Add me on WeChat/WhatsApp
  • Step 3: We will confirm the total amount, and please pay via Alipay/WeChat
  • Step 4: We’ll add our photographer in a group chat, and send booking details
  • Step 5: Our photographer will send the QR code as entry ticket

Session Flow & Timing

  • Queue number distribution starts at 5:30 p.m.
    Queue time is 2 hours average

  • Preparation (about 40 minutes)
    Guests will wear a safety harness, receive instructions from our team, observe other participants, and have time to mentally prepare.

  • Photo Session (about 4 minutes per person)
    The actual Hangingram Polaroid shoot is brief and efficient once preparation is complete.

Important Notice:

  • Unlimited shooting time during the day.
  • Night photo session starts at 7:30 p.m. (Winter and Spring) / 8 p.m. (Summer and Autumn)
  • Ticket distribution starts at 5:30 p.m. (Winter and Spring) / 7 p.m. (Summer and Autumn).
  • Each person is limited to 3 minutes in the evening photography
  • Due to the safety equipment, it would be advisable not to wear a skirt
  • Weight limits is 100KG, maximum waist circumference is 120 CM (47.24 inches)

FAQ

Light rain usually does not affect activity. In case of severe weather that may pose safety risks, a full refund will be provided.

Bookings must be made at least one day in advance.

Due to high demand, waiting times for the photo shoot can exceed 2 hours.

With a re-entry ticket, you can secure your queue number, leave the venue, and return later at your assigned time—no need to wait in line.

How it works:

  • Arrive early (recommended around 6:00 PM) to get your queue number
  • Leave the building and explore nearby areas
  • Return when it’s your turn for the photo shoot

Why we recommend this:

The city’s iconic night lighting (buildings and bridges) typically turns off around 9:30 PM.

Arriving late (e.g. after 8:00 PM) may result in missing the best lighting conditions for your photos.

After receiving your queue number (wristband), we will provide an estimated time for your photo session.

We recommend returning at least 40 minutes in advance to:
• Receive safety instructions
• Get fitted with your harness
• Communicate your preferred poses with the photographer
• Get comfortable and ready for the experience

This preparation time helps ensure your session runs smoothly and you feel confident—especially for the rope descent.
