Bobo Chicken

Tender chicken, veggies, tofu, and more—all skewered up and soaked in a spicy Sichuan chili oil that’s packed with flavor. It’s served cold but hits with that hot mala kick

Chongqing Noodles with grounded pork & mashed peas

Bouncy wheat noodles topped with a mix of spicy grounded pork (“za” 杂) and mashed peas (“wan” 豌) that melt into a rich, savory sauce. It’s smoky, slightly sweet, a little spicy, and packed with umami in every slurp.

Crispy Fried Pork

Crunchy on the outside, juicy inside, with a savory crust that’s impossible to resist.

Fried Pancaked

Thin, round, and fried to golden perfection—Guokui is like a super crispy pancake stuffed with savory fillings like spicy beef, pickled veggies, or minced pork. The outside crackles with every bite, while the inside is hot, juicy, and packed with Chongqing flavor.

Iced Sweet Rice Ball

Soft, chewy glutinous rice balls served in icy sweet syrup, sometimes topped with crushed peanuts, sesame, or osmanthus. It’s the perfect balance of sticky, sweet, and refreshing—especially on a hot day in Chongqing

Grilled dried Tofu/Bean curd
